The sites are pretty much all .co.uk so I'm guessing this won't be a problem.

I did email position tech support for an answer and they replied "If you want just UK and Irish traffic then you are best submitting to the UK site."

When I asked why the cost was double via the UK link for essentially the same service the reply was, "The costs associated with doing business do vary from country to country hence the pricing differential. This pricing has been set by Ask Jeeves not Position Technologies."

Fair enough, but it would be nice to hear from Jeeves Guy to clarify the situation once and for all.
