Aim for the moon! Develop better than 10 x that of you competitors. So suggests Google’s Larry Page. Well, he’s not wrong. The truth of it is that your competitors will be busy aiming high, too. Do read the Wired interview as there’s plenty to digest and to learn. I found it inspirational, and I hope you do, too. It gave me an idea and I’ve now added some additional ideas and action points to three future projects. I'm quite excited and looking forward to getting on with those.

Much speculation preceded a conference called by Facebook. In the end, it turned out it was the introduction of Facebook's Graph Search. Some commentators invitably called it a Google killer search, but they have that entirely wrong. Mark Zuckerberg said, "We are not indexing the web. We are indexing our map of the graph, which is really big and constantly changing."
