---- Old Move Announcements Bad for Local Search?

Two-part question really: Wording and information.

"We're moving!" = we will move in the future. Should never be on the page if the move has already taken place.

"We've moved!" or "We've settled into our new place at..." = we recently moved (and some readers or real-life visitors might not know it yet).

"We moved." = we moved at some time in the past. Information retained in a back room somewhere for archival purposes, and for longago visitors who think "Didn't they use to have an office on Coconut Place?"

So: Are you retaining the original (outdated) announcement, or are you replacing it with something that's differently worded but gives the same information?
