Im in front of my computer at least 8 hours a day, but I also play soccer 3 times a week for my club and go to the fitness club 1-2 times a week. A tip, if you dont have that much time, the best way to get a good stamina is to make 10 sprints of 100 meter with 2 min break between. of cause 15 min warm up is a must.
