You where asking about the rules here, there is a main Terms of service [webmasterworld.com] that applies to all of WebmasterWorld. Each forum also has its own "Charter". The charter can be read by following the link from the top of the forum page, just below the breadcrumbs. For example on this page we are in the WebmasterWorld community center.

The TOS is a set of site-wide rules. The chareter is more forum specific, every forum has its own charter, but the main TOS still applies no matter what forum you are in.
