The category administrators are the mature ones. tedster, BT, and engine. They're all grown up and stuff. Me, jatar_k, Woz, rogerd, and TJ just throw food at each other, so they give us the controls, but don't let us play with them.
Or why some categories have a "Category administrator" and others don't.
