hi im really sorry but im one of those newbies or neverbies as someone else put it but i would really like to learn how to fix probs i come across if any of you out there would like to help i would be eternally grateful. right the problem im facing is 1# cannot remember password in out look express i've tried countless things to no avail.2#messages i send from msn address never seems to go through.
