No, it doesn't have to come down to 10 Euros per month. But 30 Euros is still to high for mass take-up, especially with the 12-month minimum contact. I still haven't got broadband at home because I'm planning to move in a few months. I phoned British Telecom to ask if I would be able to transfer my contract to another line, but they said it was not possible. Therefore, I'd effectively be paying £240 for two months broadband access.
