The site shows on first or second page for the german keywords/phrases they target in google, from first to fifth page in fast, and from fourth to somewhere under the rainbow on inktomi/msn... That said, though the numbers for msn are rather small, I noticed that in the last three months the numbers for msn.com and msn.de switched, last year the referrals from .de were twice the number from .com, now it is just the opposite. Anybody noticed something similiar? And is it worthwile to submit to allesklar.de - either in terms of msn ranking or of google?
ok, here are my numbers, medium sized german company (automation/manufacturing), website is german and english, but german makes for about 3/4 of hits and referrals:
google.de_____: 46.2%
google.com____: 27.7%
google.at+ch__: 8.3%
other google__: 5.9%
yahoo.com_____: 6.0%
yahoo.de______: 1.7%
msn.de________: 1.4%
msn.com_______: 3.9%
t-online______: 1.0%
lycos.de+com__: 1.8%
alltheweb_____: 0.5%
web.de________: 0.9%
altavista_____: 0.7%
Thats:
94.1% for all google powered sites (yahoo.com is google, too, we're only in the german dir, which I did not count for google, though I think most of this 1.7% are from them, too)
3.3% for fast
3.3% for the rest
