If they only would comprehend the same HTML attributes for search engines as the international SEs do. But instead they utilize certain home-made non-standard ones that don't validate and some have no counterpart at Yandex. As it probably is impossible at this late stage to change the behavior of all Russian webmasters some foreign sites have unfortunately felt themselves forced to simply disallow Yandex (insofar as they obey that). It would be tough for us to learn two different sets of attributes for SEs, and to add both sets to ones web pages, in order to obtain the results you try to achieve. But maybe Yandex could start to apply both sets of attributes?
