My ability to a) deal with risk/loss; and, b) recoup my investment(s) (in a time frame) usually dictates my investment strategy.

Can you afford to lose $200 plus the value of the time and effort?

On what basis are you making this decision? Lots of research? Detailed knowledge?

Article directories had their "time in the sun" but, from what I'm aware of, article directories are now commonly known for "problems>benefit" - such as duplicate content issues, low/no value OBLs, low traffic, low contextual ad revenue due to quality issues, etc. So why build one now? What will you do different? Better? How so?
