Sites temporarily removed from a category by a robot for QC reasons show up prominently in its pool of websites awaiting review.

Also, I tried resubmitting it again since it is not on the list.

Probably a mistake because your re-suggestion will have replaced the prominent one, thus destroying its prominence :(.
