Congrats to the folks at Knowledgestorm, they were purchased by Massachussetts technology company, TechTarget for $58 million dollars. For those unaware, Knowledgestorm is an enterprise B2B software lead generation site that delivers leads via the web and syndication deals across the Internet. Truly one of the pioneers and leaders in the industry.

KnowledgeStorm, which provides information technology vendors with qualified sales leads, is being acquired. TechTarget, which is based in Massachusetts, said Wednesday it would buy KnowledgeStorm for some $58 million in cash and stock. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of next year.
