I called on this issue. Was transfered a ton and spoke to a total of four people. I can tell you all four couldn't give a ---- (insert favorite expletive here).

The bottom line was, they don't feel they owe us anything. I bought 40 listings just over a month they cancelled it and they won't even try and work with me, nor are they interested in actually keeping the listings live.

Just another famous Microsoft move to chalk up to all the rest.
