All that volunteer effort. Ya, it's nice that Google plugged it into their system, but what about bootstrapping by the DMOZ itself? Who is in charge of marketing the ODP and what is he/she/they doing about it lately?
2 simple questions, but in looking at the project, ones that jump right out at me.
