We're happy to list multilingual websites within each appropriate /World category (provided that they're not machine translations). We have a strong preference for listing the same root URL in all languages and relying upon the website's own navigational structure (little flags or whatever) to switch language.
Just pointing out that multinational and multilingual are not at all the same thing.
