I have one site listed in Yahoo, and it rarely gets referrals from that listing. I feel the question "Is it worth it?" depends a great deal on which category, and how many levels down it is. Being 4 levels deep has made very little impact on that site's traffic. Luckily I didn't have to pay for it.
