They have a drop down where you can select the search provider...I think it's still prefilled with Google (haven't looked, though).

Must say, can't for the life of me figure out why you'd want to use the netscape portal. :)

Though for some stuff, I've seen them as a pretty heavy referrer through their Google results (I don't think a lot of people change the prefill in the box).
