Ok it appears that my combat of Alexa has not changed to be over. I have done everything possible from blocking refers from alexa to my site, excluding their IPs to the Robots.txt file. Now I want to stop the toolbar users. How can I go about this?

Just add the following line to your .htaccess file:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^Alexa\ Toolbar [NC,OR]
