Unlike all the negative nancies here who obviously don't know much about Windows 8 to really comment on it, I'll be buying 3 upgrades to say the least out the door.

Well system administrators who may work with more than three computers tend to be very conservative when it comes to upgrading working computers. As a rule, one does not fix something that that works.
