I think my campaigns will be filed under Pinterest Internet Marketing Programs.

Aside from what to call it, the question is how to use it. How do you show in Pinterest? Many traditional high-value terms Pinterest search terms are wide open last I looked - refinance, mesothelioma - but who in the world is going to actually go looking for a banker or a lawyer on Pinterest?

Meanwhile, if it hasn't happened already, I assume that the SEs will be discounting any all links from Pinterest.
