I have a wordpress site that is getting average of about 23.5 second load time, per loads.in, Yslow and other tools tested.

Deactivated all plugins, removed header image and images from home page that I had in a gallery and still the same.

Have Super Cache plugin installed, wp-smush it plugin for image compression installed, and CSS is compressed as well.

loads.in shows 37 requests - 263.1 KB - for home page on loading.

Some are Adsense, one is a sidebar banner image served on my site, taking 377ms to load and others

The biggest load time wise seems to be wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.1 at 684ms

I've been working on this for 2 days and cannot find a solution, anyone can help? Or direct me to a forum that can help?
