There are firms out there that will do this for $100/page and turn around in 24 hours.

This is such a commodity service now that you can simply send out a single page to one of them and see what quality you get back. If not up to scratch, try another.

If you pick one of the larger ones, or as Roger says one with good feedback left at eLance or RentACoder, you'll probably have no problem at all. I've never had a problem when selecting suppliers by eLance or RentACoder feedback.
