The longer twitter fails to feed Google, the better it is for me. That alliance makes me nervous, more things out of our control and more of the internet controlled by Google.

Google's crazy though - depending on a third party for citation data for ranking purposes? It can go away to fast to for it be part of their business plan.

But I guess they've got to do something. THey're dying for social media inputs, and twitter/facebook are the places to get that data. Google+ still a fail.

I'm sure twitter realizes that and is keeping the price appropriately high.
