Facebook Exchange (FBX) has been available since mid-September 2012, and has the potential to become Facebook's leading source of revenue.

Applying 1st & 3rd-party data to FB's 1B users is much closer to the type of targeting opportunity WebmasterWorld folks like to work with, so question: why so little talk about it here?

It works incredibly well, and those participating right now have virtually zero competition, like SEM or SEO back in the early 2000s.
