Maybe someone can sue FB/IG for false advertising --

On the Instagram home page it says:

Oh yeah, did we mention it’s free? [instagram.com...]

...since apparently the service is not "free", (users need to give something up to use it -- their IP rights). I think this is a clear cut case of false advertising.
