Not impressed.

Big problems with locality - I searched for jobs in my home town and "within 50 mi", and was offered opportunities in Great Britain. That would be one heck of a morning commute.

I'd be better off visiting each of their supplier partners separately. I suppose it would be handy if I could search all those sites at once and see aggregated results, but... it's not that. The listing providers are tabbed.
