I like that the button is OPT IN rather than a whole bunch of proprietary OPT OUT meta-tags that crowdscrapers like Pinterest are imposing on webmasters.

I also like that it's not based on shameless infringement and content theft.

I certainly would OPT IN on my few websites where this would be appropriate.
