I'm sure the black or gray market can supply what you need. In the U.S. you can grab a prepaid phone at the local convenience store, it's just like a prepaid VISA. You use it until you run out of prepaid minutes and either replenish it or toss it when you're done, no questions asked. So just make sure your face isn't visible to the convenience store security cameras when you buy the phone and you're good.

Can't be done via "convenience stores" etc , in many countries Bill..they require photo ID etc too..the USA is very "relaxed" about phones compared to everywhere else..

Untraceable phones are near impossible ( without using the same suppliers as those who make fake passports, not the "toy" sort but the real "illegal versions" etc ) to get in many places nowadays..

Amongst my many mobiles I have two "candy bars" which are "unknown" ..but they are prepaid ( and I keep them "topped up" because "one never knows" ;-), and they predate the changes in the laws ( which happened here at least 5 years ago ) ..doesn't change that neither FB nor G etc need this info for our "security"..it is just data hoovering..because they can..
