I was contacted by a couple industry colleagues this week to get my opinion as to whether others are seeing large discrepancies between the click volume their by now well-tuned analytics systems see from FB ads, and the volume of ads FB's charging them for.
It turns out there are a couple as-yet-unsuccessful class action attempts slowly winding their way through the U.S. legal system, and it also appears that precious little discussion has occurred about the possible causes of invalid clicks on Facebook.
That said, I'm hoping we can start a discussion on the topic here, just as occurred many years ago on WebmasterWorld with regards to AdWords invalid clicks.
Anyone have anecdotes, thoughts, opinions?
