I have mixed feelings about it.

In my opinion it's the best thing available at the moment but it's got a few annoying features.

My main bugbare at the moment is that you can not post an image to Facebook without a Twitter account as well (because it uses ow.ly)

There are also some rumblings that posting directly on Facebook has a higher uptake and better edgerank than posting via hootsuite.

I've found that to be true, but if I compare that with the ability to monitor/have teams/create a post schedule and have all my networks in one place then I'm happy to take that hit.
