I have ran into the same issues unfortunately. I keep hoping that maybe they will go public very soon and maybe their customer service will change.
It took me three emails to get a response (which did not help me at all). I did find a phone number online for them, but it just goes to voicemail (and according to the website, no one will ever call you back).
