I created a few fan pages for businesses and I learned not all kinds of businesses attract their own fans to Facebook.
Most people are not proud to join a debt management or hair extension fan pages, though I know those businesses have had lots of customers and many of them obviously have Facebook accounts. I learned it is not wise to base my Facebook marketing campaigns of those companies on their fan pages.
We have had to turn the hair extension into a facebook beauty contest page or something similar and the debt management into a financial freedom page for their own cities, and this did work till some extent.
Have you had a successful fan page on Facebook by doing similar changes?
