1)You need to add the encoded url to the like button and you should also make sure you add the correct Open Graph tags to the page. You can script something to do this for you if you have a template.

and

[developers.facebook.com...]

should point you in the right direction

2) You should be able to do 1)if I understand correctly.

3) I'm not too sure on the SEO benefits or otherwise, but you can implement this using an iframe and so won't need the script.
