I want to put a FB like icon on all pages of my site.

Question 1: Can I have <fb:like href="MY URL" layout="button_count" font="arial"></fb:like> the part where MY URL is be generated automatically. I have more than 1000+ pages and I want to insert the icon once in the template vs adding it on all pages manually.

Question 2: If I cant have a custom URL on each page generated automatically with the FB icon is it OK and user friendly if my like it link go to the homepage while being displayed on all site pages?

Question 3: Any SEO benefits / harms by introducing the FB script to my site?
