As an alternative to that why not have seperate lists for the different things you are involved in and that way you could update a lot of times a day but maybe only 3 times for your "make money online" list and 3 times for your family list.

You are not restricted on how many lists you can have and people can appear on more than one list.

Just a suggestion.
