To everyone claiming that Chrome should be labeled spyware or that "big brother" is watching you... do any of you have a single bit of proof that this is the case?

yes, yes I have lots of proof actually, fire up a packet sniffer and watch all the data chrome sends back to goog. You'll see for yourself.
