This is, uh, interesting...
I clicked on a link tonight with a capitalized letter in the domain name EG http://Example.com/ and, well, it stayed capitalized while I viewed the site.
When I copied and pasted the same domain name in the same pattern (first letter capitalized) it corrected in the browser to all lower case. When I tried to type in another capital letter it was corrected to all lower case.
I understand this is probably a display glitch and the domain name was most likely requested properly as all lower case, but it started me thinking...
If they can make it glitch so it shows capitals in a domain name, what would be the issue of allowing them to stay for readability and only correcting them for sending the request?
EG Which is easier to read?
