4) Create videos of pubcon sessions and sell them (either as Dvds or downloads).

I think other conferences are already selling them either as part of paid memberships or direct downloads.

5) Create authoritative content and sell it :- Ask Moderators of each forum to create authoritative video content (most of them are moderators because they have written brilliant posts in their areas of expertise) . Do a revenue share with moderators and sell this content. If professional video recording is not possible, send Flip cameras , do basic editing and sell these videos.
