Would you need releases from everybody who appears in the video?

I think Pubcon holds rights for the event and can make the speakers/ panelists sign waiver when they are finalized for their respective sessions.

Buyer "A" is pissed at seller "B" for falsifying traffic stats or some other form of misrepresentation. Wants his money back. WW has already taken a piece of that money and as a result gets thrown right in the middle of it.

This is quite possible and happens all the time. Maybe a moderator can review all such posts and edit/ delete posts which look like scam. Even add standard disclaimers to all domains which are sold.
