Does not make good user experience if half the threads in a forum are not accessible to a non-supporter. However, if the new design can incorporate a tabbed structure where you click on GOOGLE and you have two tabs (one for supporter and another for non-supporter). That will be helpful in both keeping topics more organized as well as keeping user experience optimal.
