My only issue with a sensible level of advertising (I agree with the general run of posts here) is that sometimes banner ads trigger the filters at work. It always worries me when I am looking at a legit site and the ads are replaced by a warning that I have been reported for viewing "inappropriate" content. Luckily nobody checks the reports - so far!
