How about creating a WebmasterWorld form of adlinks ,
Adwords type topic on for example adding adlinks type thingy to find PPC management companies, Alternative advertising options, Etc.
Just about any forum topic could be enhanced by the addition and provide genuine interested live potential prospects to the advertisers, offering advertising revenue and also an additional trusted resource for visitors and members.
