Marissa could have been good for Yahoo if she had remained "scary" ( as I said at the time of her move ) this speech reads like she has looked at the patient and decided the disease is terminal, the decline is inevitable, but they will go down singing and smiling..

A comment on that thread said that Susan Wojcicki would have been a better choice..I agree 1000% ..but as she is IMO the most intelligent and business minded ( inventive, astute, and a superb psychologist, who has read the "users" and "webmasters" and "wall street" minds perfectly ) person at Google ( I include Larry and Sergey and later Eric, in "the pool" from which I make that comparison )..Susan Wojcicki is not going to another search engine or company while the triumvirate are there..she, more than they, is the reason for Google's success and dominance in advertising sponsored search..
