Yes Sir. Yahoo has horrific customer service in their FBL department and elsewhere. Feedback loops reduce unwanted mail. You'd think that Yahoo would be interested in helping us out a bit more. Expect even worse customer service as they lay off more staff. Such a shame because they were once a shining star. Goes to show what poor management does to a company.
