It's simple to knock off -- just like FaceBook did -- they changed "Status:" to "What's on your mind?"... basically a rip off of Twitter's "What are you doing?" All Yahoo needs to do is clone that little 140 character input box and start streaming it out.
Why would they buy Twitter?
