I don’t recall Microsoft’s dominance at anything as ever affecting my bottom line. That includes their operating system, programs, or browser. Google on the other hand seems to want their hands in every small businesses profits they can. The only way you can really bypass that in general is to flood Google with thousands of worthless pages (and we all know where that comes from) or move around in less competitive areas. Year’s back you could draw profits from fifty search engines but now it’s down to three if you want to call it three. I can’t believe anybody with a lick of sense wants to see any further gains by Google. These Google fellows are ravenous. Just reading about all the filters and penalties Google implements shows Google can almost instantly put an end to anybody’s business permanently and the only way you’re going to get it back is through Adwords.
