In recent survey 77% of iPhone owners say they'll buy another iPhone, versus just 20% of Google Android customers who say they'll buy another Android phone.

Misquotes the original study.

The clarification [blogs.yankeegroup.com] says that 20% of ALL respondents who intend to buy a smartphone intend to buy an Android based one (sompared to 34% for Apple, and 27% for Blackberry). Apple does have better customer loyalty, but nothing like as much as the misquote suggests.
