When i buy a computer that has an Nvidia logo on it should i assume it supports DX10, shader modeling 3, DX10.1 extensions and plays the latest games? i mean if i'm buying a new computer you can assume it has a "new" Video card all the meanwhile assuming it runs aero right? It says Nvidia on the box just like it says vista capable so it must do everything i want and i shouldn't have to do further research and if it doesn't do what i want i should be able to sue right?
Its apparent to me that you're holding the logo to a higher standard than the program its designed for yet holding other programs to a lower standard simply because they're not microsoft.
