I had something very similar set up in a retail store a four years ago, but was very disappointed with the video quality. I’m sure that’s changed or maybe I should have gone with a better system, but it was all Panasonic. Seemed to be in the mid quality range as I spent about $1,500. In this case it needed it’s own separate IP address, wireless etc. which I had no idea how to setup and called in a pro to handle it.

We used it mostly for watching customers come in so we wouldn’t have to keep someone in the showroom. Offices were upstairs and our focus was more on internet sales.
